Since I hadn't come here in about a 3 or 4 month period, it's probably best I give an update.
Well the pregnancy didn't go away, so yes, my bro is still gonna be a daddy. And who guessed it, the ultrasound shows that it is a girl. So I am going to have a neice come January. Well with this situation comes its' own set of trials of course, one of them being his choice of baby mama. But since it has already happened and cannot be changed, I will not comment. And since my brother has not spoken to me since September 4th, what I say will not make any difference anyway.
What else? I have been working like a dog in premium and I have been worked like a jackass. Notice the difference in the two.. I have been under a LOT of stress in the office and it is only now starting to clear up and the light is starting to shine through the cracks.. I am starting to get everything in order.. Two account managers, numerous projects, additional services and duties have not been helping the situation any, but everything comes to an end at some point.
Club TSTT .. Ha Lawd.. the bain of my existence.. this is what gives me grey hairs and gets me hoarse. I have started dreaming that this whole Super League thing will end. Time for football season to done, cause I have had enough. The president has resigned, leaving the three females to fend for themselves in a huge pile of shit that he created. But I think we can wade through, and come out no worse for wear.. well maybe not quite. So we've finally NOT lost a match.. after consistently losing ALL since our 4th game of round one. Who can forget the 6-1 loss to plipdeco caroni, the then bottom of the league scrapers.. Club TSTT has since then been called table proppers and league scrapers and the like. Only getting that illustrious last space because of our ties with the events main sponsors.. If they only knew the battle we have with TSTT on a continuous basis and the impact that this has had on the team and administrative staff alike. But as I said, it looks like our fighting spirit has returned with the departure of the former president and the obeah working coach. We drew 3-3 with WASA (second in the league standings at that time) and even th0ugh an outright win may not carry us back into the upper crusts of the superleague, at least we can exit with diginity and guarantee ourselves a MUCH stronger team for the EFA 2007 season. Our plans for the month of November include our first and last fundraising for the season in the sports club, Laugh out Loud - Karaoke and then our Closing off and Awards ceremony on the 2nd December 2006... wok doh stop, the planning for that alone is guaranteed to be pressure filled.
